1. Rangers Get  Screwed- This is a team that desperately needs to get things turned around, having lost 6 of the last 7 series and falling to 3rd place in the division.  It looked like they were headed in the right direction, scoring 7 runs, for the second night in a row, in just one inning.  It turned out to be all for not when yesterday's monsson blew through and erased the game, including Mitch Moreland's grand slam.  Stupid rain.

2. OKC and Memphis Game 5 Looked Like the NCAA Finals- If you can remember back to March, that game sucked.  The Thunder had 11 turnovers in the first 12 minutes, but the Grizz only shot 36% for the entire night.  The D-Fdub doesn't expect the sweeps to continue, but we think its safe to look ahead to the NBA Finals and the obvious re-match with the Heat.


3. The Heat Finish Off the Celtics- Last week the Mavs killed off the Lakers and last night the Heat killed the Celtics.  No way can either of those teams run out the same front line of old players and expect to truly compete for another championship... its not like any of them are the ageless Jason Kidd.  The Heat are going to be tough to beat, because both LeBron and DWade bulldoze into the lane and get calls, and play agressive on defense and don't get called.  Somehow the Mavs have to figure out how to make these guys jumpshooters and live with them scoring 25 apiece.

4. Help Is On The Way!- The Rangers introduced Cuban outfielder Leonys Martin yesterday.  Fresh off a 7-16 showing in Arizona extended Spring Training, theoutfielder is set to shake off whatever rust remains from a Cuban-defection layoff in Double-A Frisco.  The sooner he gets up to the big club the better.  Right now the Rangers are starting a 1st baseman and a hack in the outfield.
